Pregnancy Yoga Reviews

“Louise is a welcoming, friendly and professional instructor who creates a fun and yet relaxed environment for yoga pregnancy.  Sessions are divided into breathing exercises, yoga stretches, relaxation and time for a chat with your fellow classmates.  A must do activity for pregnancy - I look forward to the class each week.”

“I can not recommend Louise and her classes enough - I started doing yoga with Louise when I was 13 weeks pregnant, and I loved her classes so much that I couldn't wait to get back on the mat following the birth of my daughter.  The classes helped me to maintain my fitness and balance throughout my pregnancy.  I also learnt so much about my body, my pregnancy, and labour from the weekly discussions at the beginning of class - it was a highlight of my week!  Louise’s mum and baby classes are also amazing.  My daughter loves her yoga session (tap tap stretch!) and I love getting back into shape in a fun and relaxed environment.  Louise is a fantastic yoga teacher, but she is also so much to everyone in her classes - she goes out of her way to provide advice and support at all stages of becoming a mum, and is always happy to have a cuddle with a little one!  Thank you Louise.”

”As a mum of two, Louise's class on a Tuesday night is my saviour. It's a calming and supportive class with a nice bunch of people. When I arrive the stresses of the week fall away and I leave feeling lighter, happier and generally more positive. Louise offers different levels of postures through the class so you can push yourself and get a good workout if you want to, but there's absolutely no pressure. She explains everything very well. I love the class and having completed two blocks (about to start my third) I really feel the benefits of it.”
